What yachts usually ask for
Engineers keep the main engines, generators and every system on board running. Expect to need STCW Basic Safety and an ENG1 medical, plus an engineering ticket that fits the yacht: AEC for junior roles, Y4 to Y1 or an unlimited ticket for senior roles.
