About the job
Recruiting a Chief Engineer for a 72m tri-deck motor yacht with twin MTU 16V 4000 main engines and a full Kongsberg DPS system. The yacht operates year-round on a global schedule. You will be responsible for all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, managing a team of 3 engineers. Must hold MCA Chief Engineer qualification (Y4 or equivalent). Deep knowledge of Caterpillar and MTU propulsion systems required. Experience with stabiliser systems (Quantum or Naiad) and modern HVAC preferred. IACS classification society experience an advantage. Strong documentation and budget management skills essential.
