A 55m charter motor yacht running full Caribbean and Mediterranean seasons requires a Head Chef on a 6-weeks-on / 6-weeks-off rotational schedule. You will manage all galley operations for a rotating guest list with diverse dietary needs. Must be capable of delivering 3-course dinners for up to 14 guests nightly and healthy lunch and breakfast options daily. Knowledge of international cuisines and dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, kosher) essential. Provisioning and budget management experience required. This is one of the top charter yachts on the programme — quality and consistency are non-negotiable.
