A prestigious 68m private motor yacht is seeking a Head Chef for immediate placement. The yacht follows a full global itinerary including Mediterranean summers, Caribbean winters, and occasional Pacific crossings. You will serve a discerning owner family and their guests, managing a full galley operation including provisioning, dietary requirements, and rotating menus. Fine dining background essential — formal culinary training preferred. Must be comfortable cooking multiple cuisines at restaurant standard for groups of up to 20 guests.
