A 48m charter motor yacht based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, is recruiting a Crew Cook / Galley Assistant for the summer season. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will prepare crew meals, assist with provisioning and storage, and maintain galley cleanliness to HACCP standards. Formal culinary training preferred but not essential — a genuine passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are more important. STCW and ENG1 required. Previous experience in any catering or food service environment valued. This is an excellent entry point into the superyacht industry for someone looking to build a career in the galley department.
