A 52m charter motor yacht based in Palma de Mallorca is looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join the team for the 2026 season and beyond. You will lead a 4-person interior team, manage provisioning, budgeting, crew training, and guest services throughout a packed charter schedule. The yacht runs 20+ charter weeks annually and hosts high-profile international guests. Silver service, advanced wine knowledge, and experience managing rotating crew preferred. GUEST training or equivalent hospitality certification a strong advantage. Start date: November 2026 for winter prep.
