A private 54m sloop (custom Perini Navi build) is seeking a combined Chief Stewardess/Purser for a full global circumnavigation programme. The owner and family live aboard for extended periods. You will manage a 3-person interior team, all financial accounts, crew welfare, provisioning, and port documentation. This is a genuine live-aboard role — you will be at sea for 6–8 months of the year. Experience on sailing yachts preferred. Seafarers who love extended passages and remote anchorages will thrive. STCW and ENG1 required. Purser experience or strong accounting background essential. This is a rare, long-term position with an exceptional owner.
