Seeking a First Officer for an 80m tri-deck motor yacht on a global itinerary. Working closely with a highly experienced Captain, you will oversee deck operations, crew management, and bridge watchkeeping. OOW 3000GT or Chief Mate required. GMDSS essential. Advanced Fire Fighting, Medical Care, and ECDIS up to date. The yacht operates at the highest standard and guests include UHNW families and their associates. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail required. This role offers a clear pathway to command for the right candidate within 18-24 months.
