We are recruiting a Deckhand with watersports experience for a busy 40m charter motor yacht based in Ibiza and Formentera. The yacht carries a full range of water toys: seabobs, jetskis, inflatable slides, paddleboards, and a tube. You will manage and instruct guests on all water sports equipment, assist with tender operations, and maintain deck areas. RYA Powerboat Level 2 or equivalent required. PADI Open Water minimum, Divemaster preferred. STCW and ENG1 required. Outgoing, guest-friendly personality essential. Season runs June–October with possible extension into winter.
